- It allows field operators to directly input inspection results for pre-registered inspection items using tablets, smartphones, or other devices. Along with capturing image data on-site, the system stores this information in the cloud, facilitating both the digitalization of crane inspection processes and the efficient creation of inspection reports. - Simultaneous Access from Multiple Devices
Users can access the system from PCs, tablets, smartphones, and other devices simultaneously. This enables real-time information sharing and allows multiple devices to view and edit data concurrently. - Flexible Registration of Inspection Items for Various Equipment
Beyond cranes, the system accommodates registration of inspection items for other equipment used in factories, container terminals, and more. - Image Verification during Inspections
Operators can register images such as diagrams that require verification during inspections. These images can be displayed alongside inputting inspection results. - Image Capture during Inspections
Users can also register images captured during inspection activities, aligning them with inspection result input. - Data Output for Inspection Reports
After inputting inspection results, the system generates inspection report data based on predefined forms.
Future Developments
We aim to leverage the inspection results obtained through "CREWS" to visualize the actual condition data of port infrastructure facilities. By integrating this data with our 3D dashboard service, which combines simulation technology and digital twins, we strive to achieve comprehensive infrastructure health visualization and advanced maintenance management. The 3D dashboard service not only enhances infrastructure maintenance but also enables optimization in cargo handling, energy usage, and logistics.
