- Eco-friendly crane makes the port Green.
- It was in 1967 that Mitsui E&S Co., Ltd. delivered the first container crane in Japan to Maya berth, Kobe Port designed and manufactured by us.
Since then, over 1,600 units of Transtainer have been delivered to all over the world. Transtainer is a name for RTG branded by our subsidiary Paceco Corp. which we are in technical cooperation. We have many experiences in manufacturing Eco-friendly Hybrid Transtainer of low emission and also no-emission Electirfied Transitaner. Advanced technology such as auto steering system and semi-automation will help the operator to handle containers as an optional function.
Main Features
- Hybrid Transtainer recorded about 50% higher fuel efficiency compared to conventional type tested at our factory.
- Electrification by the sytem of Bus-bar, Cable Reel are available.
- The Near-Zero-Emission Transtainer, which went on sale in 2021, has improved fuel efficiency by approximately 20% compared to the hybrid transtainer. In the future, it can be easily retrofitted to a hydrogen-powered, Zero-Emission Transtainer under development.
- A variety of options can be selected including Anti-collision sytem.
- We are developing remote/automated driving.
